Biography

Megan Moody, a member of the Nuxalk Nation, studied the past history and abundance of Pacific North Coast eulachon populations. A Fuzzy Logic expert system was used to combine traditional ecological knowledge (TEK) and scientific data to predict annual abundance statuses for several eulachon populations. A review of the possible impacts to these populations was also assembled.
